Cake

I am not talented when it comes to making cakes (or any other dessert), but Kyle asked me for a Sonic and Knuckles cake. Know them? They are from the sega games in the 90's. I found their pictures online:





I wasn't about to pay someone to make some fancy cake, so I got some fondant recipes and food coloring and gave it my best shot. Here is what we ended up with:



Even if it is totally uneven and lopsided, Kyle liked it! That is all that mattered. He already opened his presents last weekend at Grandma Bonnie's and my camera batteries were dead. So I don't have pictures of that, but I do have this one:



So the boy is officially 7!
